What is workplace wellness?
Usually, workplace wellness, or corporate wellness, is a broad term that describes the activities and initiatives a company has in place to care for its employees. We believe workplace wellness also exists at an individual level, in the things you do throughout the workweek to keep your energy levels up, mood balanced, and mind focused.
Why should I care?
You should care about your workplace wellbeing because there’s a huge pile of research that points to unhealthy stress levels in the workplace. According to Wellspace,

- 15% report looking for a new job because of stress
And that’s just a couple of their many findings!
What should I do?
Fortunately, more and more employers are taking steps to put workplace wellbeing activities and initiatives in place. That said, you still need to look out for yourself and find ways to stay focused at work and calm in stressful situations. By doing so, you might even inspire others to do the same and create an all-round better environment to work in.
