A blend chosen to allow you to feel focused and positive. Rosemary will make you feel alert, whilst the softness of Lavender will help you feel in control, offset with a bright citrus burst of Grapefruit.
Add the following to the water in your Aroma Spa Diffuser:
4 drops Grapefruit Citrus paradisi
2 drops Lavender Lavandula angustoflia
2 drops Rosemary Rosmarinus officinale
This blend will enable you to feel alert. Peppermint will bring clarity to your thoughts, whilst Eucalyptus and Lemon will instil you with a sense of vigour!
Add the following to the water in your Aroma Spa Diffuser:
4 drops Lemon Citrus limonum
3 drops Peppermint Mentha piperita
1 drops Eucalyptus Eucalyptus globulus
The combination of these three essential oils will bring you a sense of being in control. Cypress and Frankincense are helpful when moving through difficult times, whilst Lemon will bring a positive zing to this blend.
Add the following to the water in your Aroma Spa Diffuser:
3 drops Cypress Cupressus sempervirens
2 drops Frankincense Boswellia carterii
3 drops Lemon Citrus limonum
A wonderful combination to help you focus at home and bring motivation. Rosemary and Peppermint will help your thoughts to clear, followed by the sweet addition of Orange to uplift you and keep you feeling positive.
Add the following to the water in your Aroma Spa Diffuser:
4 drops Orange Citrus aurantium dulcis
2 drop Rosemary Rosmarinus officinale
2 drops Peppermint Mentha piperita
