LEMON TEA TREE – Leptospermum petersonii
Distilled from the leaves of the Lemon Tea Tree, unlike regular Tea Tree, it has a beautiful lemon aroma. However, it still retains its wonderful anti-microbial properties. Its sunny and bright aroma instantly transports your mind to a happy place, helping to alleviate tensions and stress.

BERGAMOT – Citrus bergamia
Distilled from the rind of this inedible citrus fruit, Bergamot has many therapeutic uses, mostly centred around wellbeing and mood enhancement. Clinical trials have shown it to alter mood by reducing cortisol levels (our stress hormone). Like all citrus oils, Bergamot can bring an instant lift to your mood just through its fragrance, as the citrus oils have a strong association with sunshine, being outdoors and even being on holiday!
