This Sunday, 22nd April, some 40,000, amazing people are donning their running shoes and pinning on their bibs for the 2018 London Marathon. And willing the sun… 🎶 to go away and come back again another day 🎶
Running a marathon is no small task. It takes courage, determination and an incredible amount of training. Our very own Steph Turley in the Customer Management team knows a thing or two about endurance racing. After her best friend was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in 2016, she decided to raise money for the charity NRAS, by running a staggering 30 races in 12 months in 2017, and even stuck a gruelling marathon on at the end, just for fun.
“There was a lot of training miles in between and my legs were often very tired and achy,” says Steph, “Our Muscle ease products were a lifeline for me.
