Product Details

Native to the 'Spice Islands' of Indonesia, Nutmeg essential oil is extracted from the seeds of the Myristica Fragrans tree. Known mostly for its uses in cookery, Nutmeg is also a powerful player in modern aromatherapy, adding a nurturing and cheering element to many cosmetic blends. Use in massage blends to help lift anxiety and low mood or vaporise to help balance mood swings and overcome negative emotions.

Do not use essential oils on children under 5. Suitable in massage blends for normal skin. Not recommended for those with sensitive or allergy-prone skin. This packaging is 100% recyclable. Recycle carton separately. Remove the cap from the bottle and recycle separately. Recycle the glass bottle with dropper and label attached.
