Our wild crafted Siberian Fir essential oil originates from Turkey. It's extracted using steam distillation, where the oil is drawn from the needles of the evergreen coniferous tree, to produce a thin and clear essential oil.

Aromatically, Siberian Fir is a base note essential oil, the longest lasting scent in a blend. It blends well with May Chang, Black Pepper or Cedarwood.

Extracted from the needles and twigs of the elegant evergreen Fir tree, this pungent essential oil will transport you straight to the verdant woodlands of Europe. It has be used for centuries in preparations to treat coughs and colds, and is also a favourite for the fragrance blends in soap and body products.

This packaging is 100% recyclable. Recycle carton separately. Remove the cap from the bottle and recycle separately. Recycle the glass bottle with dropper and label attached.

For external use only. Siberian Fir is a strong essential oil and should be used sparingly in treatments for the skin. Avoid using in massage for people with sensitive or allergy prone skin. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes. Do not use essential oils on children under 5 years old. Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy. Best kept in a cool dry place. Naturally occurring allergens: Limonene. May produce an allergic reaction.

How To Use

Siberian Fir Essential Oil

Simple and effective ways to incorporate Siberian Fir essential oil into your daily routine.

Diffuser Blend 8Drops

Add 6-8 drops of Siberian Fir to your diffuser to create a stimulating atmosphere. Helps to clear cluttered thoughts and focus the mind. Also helpful for reliving the symptoms of coughs and colds.

Massage Blend5Drops Per 10ml

Add up to 5 drops of Siberian Fir per 10 ml of blending oil, or 2 drops per 10ml for a facial blend. Helps to relax the body, releasing the physical effects of emotional turmoil and soothing tired muscles and joints. It is also supportive for dry and mature skin. Not recommended for use on the face or for those with sensitive, damaged or allergy prone skin.

Bath Blend6Drops Per 20ml

Add 4 to 6 drops of Siberian Fir to 20ml of blending oil – enough for around 3 baths. Add to the water just before you get in and swirl it around. Helps to soothe aching muscles and tired joints. Also helpful for supporting the respiratory system and as a decongestant. Not recommended for those with sensitive, damaged or allergy prone skin.

Inhalation3Drops

Add 3 drops of Siberian Fir to a bowl of hot water. Place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe in the steam. Helps to clear the mind and support the respiratory system. Also helpful for relieving the symptoms of head colds and general nasal congestion. This application is not suitable for asthmatics. Instead use a diffuser.
