Our ethically harvested Sandalwood essential oil originates from Australia. It's extracted using steam distillation, where the oil is drawn from the wood of the small, tropical tree, to produce an oil with a medium to thick consistency and a slight yellow tinge.

Aromatically, Sandalwood is a base note essential oil, the longest lasting scent in a blend. It blends well with Orange, Neroli or Black Pepper.

Sandalwood essential oil traditionally originates from the Mysore area of Eastern India, however issues with sustainability have led essential oil manufacturers to re-think their sourcing. Our Sandalwood essential oil now comes from Australia, where we can be sure a sustainable and ethical production process is maintained.

How To Use

Sandalwood Essential Oil

Simple and effective ways to incorporate Sandalwood essential oil into your daily routine.

Diffuser Blend 8Drops

Add 6-8 drops of Sandalwood to your diffuser to create a grounding and comforting atmosphere. Helps to ease stress, fear and anxiety, and lift mental fatigue.

Massage Blend5Drops Per 10ml

Add up to 5 drops of Sandalwood per 10 ml of blending oil, or 2 drops per 10ml for a facial blend. Helps to tone and moisturise environmentally-damaged skin. Also helpful for strengthening the body during the winter months.

Skin Blend2Drops Per 10ml

Add 2 drops of Sandalwood per 10 ml of blending oil for a facial blend, or up to 5 drops per 10 ml for use on the body. Helps to tone and moisturise all skin types, particularly dry, mature and environmentally-damaged skin.

Bath Blend6Drops Per 20ml

Add 4 to 6 drops of Sandalwood to 20ml of blending oil – enough for around 3 baths. Add to the water just before you get in and swirl it around. Helps to ground and restore the emotions, easing mental fatigue, stress, fear and anxiety.
