Diffuser Blend
Add 6-8 drops of essential oil per 100ml of water to a diffuser.

Massage Blend
Add up to 5 drops of essential oil per 10 ml of blending oil, or 2 drops per 10ml for a facial blend.

Facial Treatment
Add 2 drops of essential oil per 10 ml of blending oil for a facial blend, or up to 5 drops per 10 ml for use on the body.

Hair Treatment
Add 2 drops of essential oil to 10ml of blending oil. Massage into the scalp and comb through the hair. Leave for about 30 minutes, then wash out with your regular shampoo.

Bath Blend
Add up to 6 drops of essential oil to 20ml of blending oil – enough for around 3 baths. Add to the water just before you get in and swirl it around.

Inhalation
Add 3 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water. Place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe in the steam. This application is not suitable for asthmatics. Instead use a diffuser.
