Ask Our Expert
Essential oils can provide natural wellbeing support through different life stages because there are so many different oils and ways to use them. As our needs change, we can adapt the aromas and rituals we choose to suit how we want to feel.
Yes, essential oils can be used at almost every stage of a woman’s life. Their actions are gentle and adaptable, making them suitable from adolescence through menopause and beyond. The main exception is early pregnancy; we don’t recommend using essential oils during the first trimester.
Daily use can be safe if the essential oils are diluted correctly and you vary your choice of essential oils.
Essential oils may support hormonal wellbeing through inhalation or topical use. Inhalation works quickly on the nervous system, helping with mood, stress and emotional balance. Topical application offers gentle physical support, but essential oils should always be diluted in a blending oil and never applied neat. Choose methods that fit naturally into your daily routine, such as diffusion, massage blends or bedtime rituals, so the support feels consistent and nurturing.
Each essential oil has a different action, aroma and traditional use, so choosing the right one depends on the effect you want to achieve. Start by identifying your main wellbeing goal, then select the essential oil whose properties align with that need.
