With the belief that ‘’you can’t pour from an empty cup’’, fully qualified Yoga teacher and the yogi behind Wilde Yoga, Sarah Eckersley, offers an outlet to experience the amazing benefits of yoga, both emotionally and physically. Based in London her increasingly popular pop-up event, Feast & Flow, includes a dynamic yoga class and a delicious two-course plant-based meal created by MIMOD’S Kitchen. Focusing on a different theme each month, Sarah uses this time to teach mindfulness, movement and meditation, whilst always bringing a healthy dose of fun.
Recently named as one of the top 10 yoga teachers in London, by About Time magazine, Sarah was the perfect choice for Tisserand Aromatherapy Wellbeing Collective. The influential yogi not only promotes wellbeing through her popular yoga classes, she also lives her personal life with the same ethos. By concentrating on her own wellbeing, Sarah has learnt to look inwards, calm fears, believe in herself and has now taken it upon herself to help others find their own personal peace.
